The New York Caledonian Club Workshop Series: Scottish Ceilidh Dance, with instructors Mary Abdill, with a full teaching certificate from the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society, and Jenny Evans, founding member and leader of the Madra Confach Ceilidh Band. Learn the most popular traditional Scottish country reels that are usually danced during ceilidhs (Gaelic for social gathering). No experience or partner required!

This event is part of Carnegie Hall’s Migrations: The Making of America festival.
