Over the weekend, thousands of people marched up Sixth Avenue in the 19th-annual Tartan Day Parade, the largest celebration of the Scottish-American heritage in the area. The scene included bagpipers, dancers, and bands, and appearances by celebrities such as grand marshall Tommy Flanagan, but the real stars of the event were the dogs.
